We are a group of over 400 American Water employees from across the two National Customer Service Centers (comprising representatives from Collections, Billing, Call handling, Help Queue, Universal Agents, Pennsylvania Escalation Group representatives, and Disputes) who are dedicated to making a difference in our jobs, our community, our lives, and especially to our customers.
